Shipping charges apply to all international purchases. Prices will be quoted based on value, destination, and location availability by FedEx. Not all locations having shipping available. . . $TBD – Customs duties and fees
FedEx will send you a separate invoice for custom duties and fees after your purchase has been delivered. Please contact your local customs office regarding the amount of these charges as they may not be insignificant. Customs policies vary depending on country. All charges for customs clearance will be the responsibility of the recipient.
DOMESTIC PAYMENT POLICY:
We accept Most major Credit Cards , American Express, Master Card, Visa, Discover as well as PayPal
Credit Cards require us to ship to your billing address. We verify your address before shipping.
All credit card payments are processed manually so you can call us if you like during our business hours to make a purchase.
INTERNATIONAL PAYMENT POLICY:
We accept PayPal or Wire Transfer for International Shipping.
For Wire Transfer on International shipping please call us or email us to make arrangements.
INTERNET PURCHASE RETURNS:
1.)We will accept returns for store credit only. Any item purchased from us may be returned (in original unworn condition) for a full store credit as long as it is back in our possession within 15 days of purchase. The store credit has no time limitation and may be used for whatever purchase you choose.
2.) Please call or email us of your intent within 3 days of Purchase and we will guide you through the process.
RETURNS POLICY
Return Policy: Any item which is customized in any way or engraved especially for you are NOT returnable. Each item is described as accurately as possible. We are not responsible for variations in photography due to individual computer imaging. If an item is MATERIALLY DIFFERENT than was described you shall have 48 hours from the date the item is received to notify us. After the 48 hour period all items are "as is" without recourse. If an item is returned it must be in the same condition in which it was shipped. Refund will be less shipping, handling, insurance, 7% credit card processing fees and PayPal fees if applicable. Insurance claims for loss or damage are the responsibility of the buyer.
